Breeze is Growing in New Orleans

As first reported by IshrionA on X, Breeze Airways is growing in New Orleans with a new route to Las Vegas. The airline will also bring back service between New Orleans and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Both flights are scheduled to operate 6x weekly.

The flights between New Orleans and Las Vegas, two of the nation’s top party destinations, will operate on an absolutely brutal schedule. The flight to Las Vegas departs New Orleans late an night meanwhile the flight from Las Vegas will operate as a short, eastbound redeye.

The flights between New Orleans and Los Angeles also operate on an equally brutal schedule, though the flight is slightly longer giving passengers more time to sleep on the redeye.

Both flights will operate using Airbus A220 aircraft. Flights to Las Vegas will begin on February 5th, 2025 while flights to Los Angeles start on February 19th, 2025. Flights are currently available for booking at flybreeze.com.

Breeze is Building a Sizeable Presence in New Orleans

With the two new routes Breeze will operate to eleven destinations from New Orleans’ Louis Armstrong International Airport. The startup airline has built quite an operation in the Crescent City though most of the routes have been focused on the east coast. The new Las Vegas route and resumption of service to Los Angeles will open up some connecting opportunities though, as I mentioned above, the timing is brutal.
