Nestled on a long, sandy beach on Vietnam’s south-central coast you’ll find the all new The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh. This is Westin Hotels & Resorts’ first foray into the Vietnam market and accompanies other Marriott Bonvoy properties across the company.
Jakob Helgen, Area Vice President – Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia & Myanmar for Marriott International described the hotel in a press release as “a haven of wellness and activity where guests will have endless opportunities to recharge, revive and reconnect.”
The Westin brand is centered around wellness so it should come as no surprise that the first Westin in the country leans heavily into this concept. Helgen stated:
“With its signature programming, the new hotel will bring to life the Westin brand promise that delivers a holistic wellness experience for travellers and locals alike. As the inaugural Westin branded resort in Vietnam, this also represents our continued commitment to meeting the needs of all travelers in this captivating country.”

On a recent trip to The Westin Los Cabos, Mrs. ATX and I took advantage of these experiences which included sunrise yoga on the beach.
The new property is located on Cam Ranh Long Beach, a short, 10 minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport. The airport features many direct flights to cities around Asia. The larger Nha Trang city is also a 45 minute drive away.
