Hyatt Hotels Corporation is celebrating the grand opening of the Hyatt Regency Zadar, marking the company’s first location in Croatia. The new property is located in one of Europe’s most popular travel destinations along the coast of the Adriatic Sea.

The hotel is a short walk from Zadar’s UNESCO-listed Old Town as well as the Roman Forum and St. Donatus’ church. This makes it a great base for visitors looking to explore the area. It is also a short drive from national parks and Zadar Airport (ZAD) which offers service to multiple destinations across Europe.

The Hyatt Regency Zadar offers 133 guestrooms and suites, which are situated to take advantage of Zadar’s renowned sunset, over the Adriatic Sea. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the coastline whilst making use of in-room amenities, including a 65-inch HDTV with smart functions and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The hotel’s food and beverage venues offer a variety of dining concepts. Guests can enjoy seasonal, dishes inspired by the Dalmatian coast and Italian traditions along with immersive dining experiences that pair bold design with Asian and South American fusion cuisine. Handcrafted cocktails and local and regional wines comprise the beverage options.

The property has roughly 8,000 square feet of meeting space which includes a 4,300 square foot ballroom located adjacent to the poolside terrace. The property also features the 12,500 square foot Lavanda Spa which offers heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, hammam, hot tubs, and treatment rooms.
