Hyatt has Acquired me and all hotels

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today the acquisition of the me and all hotels brand from Lindner Hotels AG (Lindner). The acquisition of the brand is continuation of a partnership that Hyatt and Lindner entered into in 2022. The initial partnership significantly increased Hyatt’s brand footprint in Germany and Europe by adding Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels into the World of Hyatt loyalty program.

The deal has already closed and me and all hotels, which currently sits under Hyatt’s JdV by Hyatt brand, will become a standalone brand in the World of Hyatt portfolio.

Hyatt is bringing this brand on board specifically to provide growth in Europe. While some new properties are in the pipeline, the press release points primarily to me and all hotels being a conversion brand. The press release states “the me and all hotels brand combines outstanding guest satisfaction with a conversion-friendly development model in the desirable upscale lifestyle space, positioning it for scale and accelerated expansion across Europe and beyond.”

Hyatt hopes to entice hotel operators in Germany to convert to the brand in order to help them expand their footprint in Germany and across Europe. Felicity Black-Roberts, SVP of Development EAME for Hyatt had this to say about the acquisition:

“Our collaboration with Lindner was a significant step forward for our distribution in the EAME region, expanding our brand footprint and offering many new locations to our 46 million World of Hyatt members. We look forward to driving further growth for Hyatt’s lifestyle portfolio with me and all hotels – together with Lindner as well as other development partners and franchisees, across Europe and beyond.”
