American Airlines is rolling out new amenity kits for passengers that highlights the airline’s longstanding fundraising campaign with Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C). Customers traveling in premium cabins on Flagship branded long-haul and transcontinental flights will receive the limited-edition SU2C specialty amenity kit featuring new skincare brands and products.
American worked with sustainable fashion brand Raven + Lilly and SU2C to design the limited-edition kits. The designs are based on SU2C’s branding and are quite eye catching.
The limited-edition kits feature skincare brands Macabalm and Pholk Beauty, neither of which has appeared onboard American Airlines flights prior to this partnership.
Customers in Flagship First will receive hand lotion and facial mist from Pholk Beauty and lip balm and a towelette from Macabalm. This will accompany your standard amenity kit items such as earplugs, a dental kit, socks, and eye-mask.
Customers in Flagship Business and Premium Economy will receive Pholk Beauty hand lotion and Macabalm lip balm. Strangely, the Premium Economy amenity kit also seems to receive a Flagship branded eye mask, though American doesn’t market the cabin as Flagship Premium Economy.
Customers traveling on Flagship branded long-haul and transcontinental routes should expect to see the new amenity kits rolled our over the next few weeks.
