JSX, a Dallas based public charter air carrier, just hit a major fleet milestone by taking delivery of its 50th jet aircraft. To celebrate the occasion, it has painted the newest member of its fleet in a special retro themed livery.

JSX Unveils Retro Jet in Celebration of Its 50th Aircraft Delivery
JSX was founded back in 2016 as JetSuiteX and first began service between Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) and Buchanan Field Airport (CCR) in Contra Costa County, California. Over the last nine and a half years the air carrier has grown to serve an 29 destinations from coast-to-coast.
To celebrate the delivery of its 50th Embraer jet, JSX has painted the aircraft in a special retro livery. N960JX, a 24 year old Embraer E145 that formerly operated for ExpressJet, now carries the Fly JSX Air retro livery.

Personally, I love the look of this new livery. It has some old-school design cues but still looks sleek and modern. The lines really fit the Embraer E145 well and I’m looking forward to seeing this aircraft out in the wild soon.

In addition to the livery, I’m also a fan of the air carrier itself. I’ve had the opportunity to fly with JSX on multiple occasions between my former home in Dallas and current home in Austin as well as between Destin and Dallas. Each time I’ve had a great experience and I hope that one day we will see JSX return to Austin with year-round service.
Summary
To celebrate the delivery of its 50th aircraft, Dallas based air carrier JSX has painted one of its Embraer E145s in a special retro livery. Personally, I’m a big fan of this livery and I’m curious to hear what you all think.
